A Global Issue
Malnutrition is a leading cause of death for children across the globe. In fact, approximately 17,000 children die daily from malnutrition. Up to 45% of these children are not dying because of lack of food or starvation—they’re dying from vitamin deficiency. With those numbers, more than 3.1 million children under the age of 5 are dying yearly from a 100% preventable problem.
Vitamins and nutrition are what we do—knowing that vitamin deficiencies are making it almost impossible for children in impoverished areas to fight disease and grow, it has become our mission to create the best kids vitamins possible. We have, do, and will continue to use our resources to get these multivitamins to as many at-risk children across the globe as possible to help eliminate malnutrition-related deaths that are truly preventable, and to promote human health and flourishing.
Millanny’s Story
Thanks to your help, Millanny is one of these at-risk children who is experiencing the life-changing power of a high-quality children’s multivitamin.
Millanny lives with her grandmother, Dignora, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She only sees her mom on the weekends since she works away from home. When Millanny was 8 years old, her weight was low and she had very little appetite. Her family decided to take her to the doctor for testing—a facility that had recently received a donation of Super Vites®. When the doctors got Millanny’s test results back, they showed severe vitamin deficiency. The doctor recommended that she take a daily dose of Super Vites® to help her heal, grow, and recover properly.
