Return Process

 

In the event that you would like to return your Previnex product/s, please contact customer service at 888-958-0397, or email us at customercare@previnex.com and we will set up a return authorization (RA). Please note that we need a RA in place in order to process your return.

 

After your RA is set up, please mail your return to the address below and either write your RA on the box or include it on a piece of paper within the box. Previnex is not responsible for return shipping charges.
