Brownie Batter Overnight Oats Recipe
By Previnex®

As kids, we all know the best part of making brownies was licking the leftover batter off the spoon. Now, we can take that same idea and apply it to a healthier, more nutritious breakfast: brownie batter overnight oats! Overnight oats are great for busy mornings because you whip them up the night before, so you can just grab them and go!

Fun fact: oats are slow digesting—a perfect complement to our Nourify® protein powder, which does the same thing—so they help you stay fuller longer. This recipe is perfect for those super busy mornings.

These brownie batter overnight oats are a great source of fiber, manganese, B-Vitamins, and protein. Make those oats, hit the hay, and get ready for a delicious morning!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats (regular or gluten free)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Previnex Nourify® PLUS chocolate protein powder (you can use vanilla if that’s your preference)
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients into your container of choice and mix well with a spoon (or shake it up!). Ensure you mix it well enough that there are no dry clumps of oats or protein powder. Place in the fridge overnight. Wake up and enjoy!

Helpful Tips

  • If you like your oats warm instead of cold like traditional overnight oats, when you’re ready to eat them add a little water and heat them up on the stove!
  • The oats will be a thicker, dough-like consistency. If you want them thinner (but still cold), just add a little water in the morning and stir ‘em up!
